Datuk Adnan Hj. Puteh has been practising for more than 25 years. He was a former partner and co-founder of Messrs. Cheu, Adnan & Razi.

Datuk Adnan Hj. Puteh was admitted to the Sabah Bar in 1988 after chambering with Messrs. Rayner & Co. and Messrs. Jayasuriya Kah & Co. He has been a full time legal practitioner specializing in corporate laws, residential and commercial projects, developer’s license approval, due-diligence, joint-ventures, banking works and in Sabah land laws. He was also a legal consultant in the Sabah Land Utilisation Policy.

Datuk Adnan Hj. Puteh is currently the President of the Sabah Muslim Lawyers Association. In his earlier practice, he had the opportunity in conducting litigation in civil, criminal and industrial cases.

Hj. Jamadi Saleh

Hj. Jamadi Bin Saleh started his legal profession as an advocate & solicitor in Kuala Lumpur. He was called to the Malaysian Bar on 5 April 2006. In 2010, Hj. Jamadi Bin Saleh was also enrolled as an advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak. Since his admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2006, he has always been a practicing lawyer, and he is qualified to practice laws in both Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah. He has been dealing mostly and extensively on land and corporate matters for East and West Malaysia as well as Islamic banking, business documentations and civil and criminal litigation.

Hj. Jamadi Bin Saleh has been involved in templating financial documentations for foreign and local financial institutions, especially Islamic financing such as Musyarakah Mutanaqisah documents. Apart from that, he also has wide-ranging experience in drafting various legal documentations in real estate for both corporate and individual Clients. He is also proficient in litigation matters especially that involving commercial disputes, land matters and criminal actions.

Adelia binti Datuk Adnan joined Messrs. Adnan Puteh & Saleh as Legal Associate in March 2015 after successfully completed her pupillage with the firm and called to the Sabah Bar as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the state of Sabah. She handles various conveyancing matters from Sale and Purchase of property be it for direct purchase from Developers or Sub-sale, Lease and Sublease of land for industrial or residential purposes, Loan Documentation covering end-financing, corporate financing, re-financing and bridging financing.

Farah Saira binti Abd Razak began her legal career at Messrs. Adnan Puteh & Saleh as Legal Associate in March 2015 after successfully completed her pupillage in the chamber of Messrs. Adnan Puteh & Saleh. She was called to the Sabah Bar as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the state of Sabah in March 2015.

She has been exposed to general litigation matters wherein for civil litigation she has handled numerous disputes in building contracts until the appeal stage and had successfully facilitated several negotiations for settlements for the same.

NOR IZUREEN BINTI ROZIN

Nor Izureen binti Rozin starts off her legal career at Messrs. Adnan Puteh & Saleh as Legal Associate since November 2018 after she had successfully completed her pupillage in the chamber of Messrs. She was called to the Sabah Bar as Advocate of High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the state of Sabah in November 2018.

She has mainly been exposed to civil litigation wherein she had the opportunity to handle disputes until the appeal stage and had successfully assisted in settlement for disputes between the parties.
