The Firm
Messrs. Adnan Puteh & Saleh (formerly known as Messrs. Adnan Yusof & Saleh) was established in February 2012. The Firm comprises of three (3) Partners namely Datuk Adnan Hj. Puteh, Hj. Jamadi Saleh and Adelia Datuk Adnan. The Firm is assisted by two (2) Legal Associates namely Azizah Saleh and Muhammad Mujiburrahman Amir Paisal and one (1) Syari’e Lawyer namely Mohd Alfian Razaleh.
The Partners have been in active legal practice since 1988 (Datuk Adnan Hj. Puteh), 2006 (Hj. Jamadi Saleh) and 2015 (Adelia Datuk Adnan) respectively. The Firm’s practice area covers a wide range of legal services which includes corporate, conventional and Islamic banking documentations, sale and conveyance of properties, civil litigation, debt recovery, personal injury and insurance claim, criminal matters, arbitration, construction litigation and syar’ie matters.
The Partners are well versed with the needs of business through booms, busts and economic recovery, advising foreign investors, multinational companies and industrial conglomerates, public listed companies, commercial investment and Islamic banks, Oil & Gas companies, insurance and reinsurance companies etc, on complex business transactions and dispute resolutions.
The Firm also handles private and personal matters such as matrimonial affairs as well as criminal and civil cases.
